Known for Naked News

Lily Kwan (simplified Chinese: 关莉莉; traditional Chinese: 關莉莉; pinyin: Guān Lìlì) is a Model and newscaster on Naked News. Kwan is a first generation Chinese Canadian who was born and raised in Toronto.

Kwan was studying to be a dental hygienist[1] before she joined the cast of Naked News in June 2001. She frequently does a segment called Naked in the Streets, in which she interviews people on the street regarding various issues. She performs these interviews topless, thanks to Ontario's Topfree equality law, but on some occasions, she appears completely naked.

She now resides in the United Kingdom where she produces her Lily in the UK segment, various other news items, and Arts & Entertainment reports that include many artist interviews. She travels often to film reports from a number of international locations and events.

She understood that some viewers might find her job demeaning but feels that it is an empowering position.[2] She received positive feedback from female viewers but she found stripping while reading the news had proved hard at first.[3]
