Sixtyforce is a shareware Nintendo 64 emulator for Mac OS X. It natively supports both x86 and PowerPC-based machines.

PowerPC support was dropped with the release of version 0.9.6, and the emulator requires a x86-based Mac running at least Older versions prior to 0.9.6 that support PowerPC-based machines are available.

The emulator is free to download, however, is limited in capability and carries a watermark until it is registered for $15 from the author's website.[3]

Compatibility

An official compatibility list is maintained by the emulator's author.[4] The list is incomplete but comparable to that of Mupen64Plus,[5] another Nintendo 64 emulator that runs on Mac OS X.
