Ahmed Shah I

Tomb of Ahmed Shah

Ahmed Shah I was a sultan of Gujarat's ruling of Gujarat from 1411 until his death in 1442. He founded Ahmedabad as a capital of the Gujarat Sultanate. Ahmedabad is named after him.[1]
