American Gothic is an upcoming American mystery drama television series created by Corinne Brinkerhoff and James Frey. CBS announced a 13-episode straight-to-series order on October 9, 2015. The show is expected to premiere in summer 2016.[1] The series is not related to the 1995 CBS series of the same name, nor to the Grant Wood painting that shares the same title.
