The Hawaii Independence Party is a political party branch of the Hawaiian sovereignty movement. According to their party platform they support modern economics such as making Hawaii a banking and trade center for the Pacific Rim. They also acknowledge the necessity of more efficiencies for an acceptable lifestyle if Hawaii were to be self–reliant.
